| Smoking Cessation |

Smoking enabled me to approach anyone, feel relaxed in times of stress; I was acknowledged and accepted by my friends. Moreover, I always had something to do, when I was bored and alone. A friend once told me that there were no pictures taken of me without a cigarette in my hands or mouth. To give up the habit wasn’t easy. It was just like learning a new life. Drinking the first coffee without a cigarette, meeting friends the first time without a cigarette, going out the first time without a cigarette. Sometimes, the graving for cigarettes drove me up the wall. I gave smoking up without hypnosis or NLP and know it is possible. But I also know now that it would have been much easier if I would have known these tools at that time. So you smoke! Ask yourself and be honest: How does this make you feel? What does it give you? I can comprehend the reasons for it. But imagine yourself in 20, 30, or 40 years from now. The money you have spent. Add to it the “social” benefits that you presumably have gained. Is it worth it? I do not need to tell you all the reasons that you should stop smoking. You probably know them all too well. Let me invite you to consider the possibility to give it up. The pathway going forward, and the endless choices that you have after you stopped. Some years down the line, it begins to dawn on us that we are not invincible. The threat of serious illnesses such as lung and throat cancers, heart disease and asthma become a reality. Smoking becomes less cool and attractive. If you have children, what would you think if they pick up the habit? Your sexual potency decreases more rapidly as sperm count decreases due to smoking. Women who smoke during pregnancy endanger the future potential of their babies, if not even their life. Nowadays, passive smoking is recognised as a major threat to families and friends. Smoking rates across the world are decreasing and most people look at smokers a little bit awkwardly. Now, you can of course, continue to smoke. You can rebel against anyone who wants you to give up. You can spend more money on it. You can say that you cannot give up. You can turn around the cigarette package with the graphical designs of disease on the head, so you don’t need to see them. Fine - do so. But then, should you choose to give up, give us a call. Smoking cessation can be achieved with a couple of Mind Management tools, such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy™ Techniques or Hypnosis. It will be a transition that can change your life. We work with you to identify the most effective approach for you, after we explored the reasons that caused you to smoke in the first place. It won’t take forever, and the intervention is fast – faster and different from what you probably expect. But, and this is a big one – you must want to give up smoking. We cannot do it for you. We cannot make you stop smoking if you do not want to give up the habit. And, we will not work with you if you are not motivated to give it up. We want to you to succeed together with us so that you can leave the habit behind. Are you ready for the next step?
