In Asia Mind Dynamics, we believe in the ability to change mindsets and behaviours fast and to create lasting transformations in organisations and individuals. And to achieve these goals, we are certified trainers in Advanced Mind Management and Communication Methodologies. This involves Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, the Language and Behaviour Profile (LAB Profile), Creating your Future™ Coaching Techniques and Timeline Therapy™ Techniques. We regularly update our skills. To do so, we take part as coaching assistants (see picture on the left) in the training Corporate clients often want something different and long for lasting changes and improvements in the behaviour of their executives. To find sustainable solutions they often work with Asia Mind Dynamics in the area of Leadership- and Employee Engagement, High-Performance and Transformational Coaching, Sales Acceleration, Advanced Communications Strategies, and Unconscious Influencing Strategies. Individuals join our Public Training Programmes (NLP, Hypnosis, the Language and Behaviour Profile - Words That Change Minds Tool) for different reasons. They might desire to overcome challenges and perceived limitations to find new directions in life, reach their goals and design their life. Or they simply want to experience NLP, hypnosis and become certified with internationally recognised certifications. Others intend to use these tools in their work or personal life as parents, leaders, coaches, trainers or HR directors and executives. In the years of training, and as we constantly enhanced and upgraded our own learning, we have added a lot of material to the "normal" NLP training.
